Silkbank is one of the leading commercial banks of Pakistan. Formerly known as Saudi-Pak Commercial Bank, Silkbank has a network of 123 branches across 39 Pakistani cities. The bank began in 1994 as Prudential Commercial Bank Limited. In 2001, the Saudi Pak Industrial and Agricultural Investment Company (Pvt) Ltd (SAPICO) acquired the Prudential Commercial Bank Limited to form Saudi Pak Commercial Bank.
