It is the auxiliary of Al Baraka Banking Group which is the famous Islamic banking group in Gulf. It came into being after the first merger in the Islamic banking of Pakistan that took place among Al Baraka Islamic Baking Bahrain, Al Baraka Islamic banking Pakistan and the Emirates Global Islamic Bank.
